Alpha Mine

The Alpha mine is an open pit mine, with numerous and conspicuous outcrops of ore from the earth. The surveys and the final reports filed and approved by the DNPM showed the presence of large deposits of manganese that can be easily exploited. The minerals contain good percentages of associated elements that open different future scenarios for extra revenue streams.

Chemical Analysis:

Naturally Alpha’s manganese is of medium-low quality and therefore requires a process beneficiation by crushing, washing and screening to increase the manganese content to a min. 35% and reduce the silica to a MAX 10% before it can be put on the market, mainly to meet metallurgic companies demand for the steelmaking industry.
